CHEYENNE – Cheyenne East went 2-1 at the Shane Shatto Memorial Duals on Friday in Douglas.

The Thunderbirds beat Campbell County (75-6) and Kelly Walsh (48-21) and lost to Natrona County (39-34).

Seniors Jackson Hesford (160 pounds) and Blaise Ronnau (170) and sophomore Keagan Bartlett (182) all went 3-0. Hesford won two bouts by pin, while Ronnau picked up two pins and a major decision. Bartlett won one bout by pin and another by major decision.

Seniors Landon Trujillo (120) and Bradley Whitright (195) and junior Gavin Aumiller (285) all went 2-0 with two pins. Junior Alleynah Ronnau was 2-1 with two pins.
